Open Gyms

(October 28th  (CANCELLED),

November 2 & November 4th)
6:45 - 8:45 pm

COST:  $10 to participate for each open gym

WHERE:  Berkeley High School
FORM NEEDED TO PARTICIPATE: JVA Release of Liability & JVA Medical Release & Waiver
OTHER ITEMS TO BRING:  $10 to participate for each open gym, a filled waterbottle, your own hand sanitizer, athletic attire, knee pads and athletic shoes are a must have!

Other Improtant details

• No parents are allowed in the gym and parents are asked to wait in their cars during the open gyms.
• On the last open gym for 12s,13s & 14s, parents are asked to come in for a question and answer session at 6:30 sharp!.
  
• You can email us at pjcenkner@msn.com to let up know your athlete will be attending one or both Open Clinics, but it is not requuried.  All you need to participate is the completed JVA Medical Release and Waiver with your $10 fee for each Open Gym Clinic you attend.
