All teams will have 2 training sessions, one on Sunday and one Open Gym practice during the week. The weekday practices will not start until the first week of January. (Tuesday or Thursday)

PLEASE NOTE: Practice has changed from Thursday, March 25th to Wednesday, March 24th due to Club Director leaving for Charlotte on Thursday to help the Region set up for the State Championship. Please make your calendars for this change. Same time and location. This is for all teams listed below!
