Shutte Service: The Embassy Suites Charlotte provides transportation to and from Charlotte Douglas International Airport. Upon obtaining your luggage, please call 704-527-8400 and information will be provided to you for the shuttle.
To Make Your Reservations: Call 1-800-EMBASSY (800-362-2779) or 704-409-3549 and ask for the reservations department. Please provide the reservation agent with the special three letter code: (ISL) OR cick hotel link at www.charlotte.embassysuites.com , enter in both check in and check-out dates, then select Go, scroll down to find Group/Convention code: Enter (ISL), select suite type that was assigned from team mom email and proceed to confirm reservation. Then log on the Palmetto Region website at http://palmettoregionvb.org/wp/tournaments/juniors/palmetto-regional-hotel-info/ and complete the required Region Hotel information to particpate in the event. Be sure and get your reservation # as you will need it to complete the online information. After all is done, please email your team mom/dad and that you have completed all the required hotel requirements for your daughter to participate in Charlotte Regionals. The region does cross reference this with the hotel confirmations, so please be sure and complete the online information.

To Make Your Reservations: Log onto the THS website home page at https://secure.thsweb.com/home.aspx and enter the Parent Password Code given to you by your team mom/dad in the Parent Reservation Passcode (box) at the top of the page. Doing so will allow you to enter your personal information to the rooming list. Accessing the rooming with the Parent Password will only allow you to make adjustments to your personal reservations. PLEASE NOTE: The password is intended to retrieve your reservations through the website only.
