9U-12U Practice Team $400
Committing to one (2) hour practice each week on Sunday. There will be no tournaments, just practices. Season would end at the last Sunday pactice on March 17th.

1st Payment(Due 1st practice): $200
2nd Payment(Due January 1st): $1003rd Payment(Due February 1st): $100
12 and Under Regional Teams $700
Committing to two (2) hour practices each week, one on Sunday, one during the week (Mon-Thurs) and commitment to the following listed tournaments for the season. Includes one Carolina Islanders numbered t-shirt to be worn to all practices and a uniform to wear to tournaments. The uniform belongs to the club and must be returned in the same condition it was in when issued or a $100 fee will be charged.Payment Schedule
